Odisha has just unveiled an exciting new facility, the first Bus Terminal of its kind in the area! Spanning 5.83 acres, it includes everything you could possibly need.
Developed by Milan Developers and Builders Private Limited, it has a bus station complex, a shopping and office complex, a shopping center and a hotel. The luxury bus station in the center of Angul, the industrial heartland of Odisha, offers modern facilities such as boutique hotels, studio apartments, retailers and market cafes, and gaming areas. This amazing bus station can accommodate up to 400 buses at a time. The bus station itself is a G+1 facility with two shopping and office complexes (both B+G+6) and a hotel (B+G+6).
It’s a fantastic addition to the area and this has become a hub of activity. To make this project a reality, the department solicited bids from various construction firms. Milan Developers has an excellent reputation. A MoU was signed between Talcher Angul Meramandali Development Authority and Milan Developers and Builders Pvt Ltd. This agreement allowed the two parties to work together on a public-private partnership mode, ensuring that this fantastic new facility is a success for everyone involved.
